Orders may be placed online, phone or via text. If ordering by phone or text, full payment is due prior to shipping via Venmo, PayPal or paid Square invoice. The total will be provided prior to shipping for payment.

$5 flat rate shipping on all order under $100. Free Shipping on all order over $100.

Orders are shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be provided upon customer request. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be fulfilled. You should receive your products in 5-7 days after order is received. At this time, we only ship within the USA.

Returns?

All makeup including custom blended makeup are non-refundable. If you experience an adverse reaction to one of our products, you may return the product, accompanied by a receipt within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit only. Prior authorization is required for exchanges. Shipping is at customer expense. Any unopened, unused skincare may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days of receipt.

Incorrect Order/Damages?

If you receive merchandise that is damaged or if an error occurs with your order, please report the damage or error to us within 48 hours. We will make it right! Keep all shipping and packaging materials in the case the package was damaged in transit via postal carrier. A credit for any confirmed damage or error will be replaced.

If you need help choosing a shade, feel free to send us 1-3 photos of yourself in natural daylight to info@beautyblendstudio.com. Let us know which products you would like suggestions for along with your skin type or coverage preference. We are delighted to help you choose the perfect shade to suit your skin tone and complexion.

Color Matching?

A variety of custom blended makeup is available in the studio via appointment for both mineral loose powder and liquid foundation formulas. These are blended on site exclusively for you. If you have a current branded product that you would like matched, you can mail product directly to studio and your custom formula will be created. All unique recipe blends will be saved for future purchases.

Product Consultations?

Product & skincare consultations are complimentary and intended for products suggestion for both makeup and skincare. If you would like personalized recommendations, please contact us directly via email or fill out the quick consult form on website and we will reach out to suggest products. *This complimentary service does not apply to acne consultations (12 week acne
program) or complete makeup applications/makeovers.

Are all products safe for acne skin? Most products are acne safe. All acne safe products will be clearly tagged “acne safe” within product description on website. This means that the product does not contain any pore clogging ingredients and will be safe to use for acne prone and sensitive skin types. Animal Testing? No Way…Never

Is your makeup healthy for my skin? Yes, meaning our products do not contain parabens, harsh chemicals, bismuth oxychloride, talc or known skin irritants. Our goal is to provide skin loving products that will not aggravate acne or sensitive skin types. In Studio Appointments (cancellations and reschedule): Beauty Blend has a strict 24-Hour cancellation policy. In the event of a late cancellation/no show the fee is $50. An invoice will be sent via Square. If we are able to replace your appointment with a client on our waitlist we are happy to waive the fee.*

Sick or Illness?

A:

Health and safety is our number one concern. Please reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well 24 hours prior to appointment. If you present obvious symptoms at time of appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled for a later date and you will be charged $50 via square invoice.
